Hi!
I’m sooooo thrilled to be a Hostess today for Splitcoaststampers HOPE YOU CAN CLING TO month-long festivities. I hope you’ve been playing along!!
My challenge for YOU today is to play along with my challenge: Hope Is In the Air. To have hope is a wonderful thing, but when you’re feeling weak or sad it’s not always that easy. My challenge is to remind everyone that HOPE can be found all over…it’s in the air. Just look out your window. It’s in the birds, butterflies, a kite, the sounds of a plane, even a BEE! HOPE IS IN THE AIR!
Create a card with something that can be found UP in the air! Some simple examples are birds, a kite, balloons, etc. Be creative, but think of things that that are up are “IN” the air.
Here is the card that I created for this challenge. (I used a partial die-cutting technique that I learned from Jennifer McGuire in our Stretch Your Stamps Online Card Class(es).)
I had so much fun doing this technique and love how the partial die-cutting gives it so much dimension.
I really hope that you’ll play along with my challenge today. There are TONS of prizes that Splitcoast sponsors are giving away for participating, too! You won’t want to miss out on that.
The forum to get you started is located —>> HERE <<—
Sure hope to see some of your beautiful creations over there! And think of all the smiles you’ll bring. Priceless. ♥
(All my supplies for making this card are listed on Splitcoast in the gallery for my challenge.)
All my best,

Oh my, Lisa! This is simply gorgeous!!!
What a super duper card! I must try Jennifer’s technique, too, since I bought the stamps and dies to do that little thing!
