Happy Veterans Day!

Happy Veterans Day! Today is a day that I salute and thank ALL veterans before me (and after me) who served and sacrificed to protect this beautiful country that I call home. Without you all I doubt we’d still be this great nation.  It’s not always perfect here, but I’d never want to live anywhere else and I am so proud to be an American.

I am on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® blog today with a card that I’m just so proud of. I hope that you’ll like it, too. All of the details for the card are on the blog. Click HERE.

So, to celebrate this very Happy Veterans Day, I want to say to all of the Veterans out there…You are MY hero. Thank you for standing in the face of adversity, for having the courage to hold your hand up and swear to defend our Constitution, for being brave (always), and for being the face of freedom. God bless you all.

Happy Veterans Day to you all.

Look Out World

Hey everyone! I have a new card on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L® Blog today using this awesome new stamp set from Technique Tuesday called Look Out World. I used TWO companion die sets to create a fun every day type card that could be used for many occasions.

With Graduation, Father’s Day, and so many other occasions that just seem to be springing up, this set is perfect for any type of card.

And using all of the fun dimensional adhesives from Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L® and the super cute dies (listed below) make it so easy to create something really special.

Here’s a sneak peek of my card:

Isn’t that Globe fabulous?! The globe, that sentiment, the colors…ALL of it just make me so happy! The stamp set is so appropriately named, too. “Look Out World”. Isn’t that kinda awesome? I want to make so many things with this set. I’m in HEAVEN! :)

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Hi friends! So if you didn’t know October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I have a post on the Design Memory Craft blog today to show my support of this VERY worthy cause. I know too many women who have been affected by breast cancer and to make cards and do posts for anyone is the very least I can do. We need to do MORE!! Yes, strides have been made, but until this disease has been completely eradicated and women (and men!) won’t have to worry then we will have to keep on fighting the fight.

Here’s a close-up of the card I made, but for a much better look at the card and the step by step instructions of this card, please, pleeeease visit the Design Memory Craft blog. :)

Thank you for being a part of this VERY worthy cause this month. For loving the women who are living each day fighting the battle against breast cancer. There are some really wonderful fund-raisers going on and if you’re short on funds? Then check out the Hope You Can Cling To Campaign on Splitcoast Stampers. It’s one of the best ways to make ALL cancer patients happy that I know of.  :)
